We will be offering our clinic in both Arvada and Greeley and will also offer our clinics to teams throughout the state that are interested in holding a team speed and agility camp. COACHES: Interested in getting your team of athletes faster? Major League Training will provide your program with a speed camp designed to increase overall team speed and quickness. Major League Training will design a program specifically for your team and can also set up the camp in your location of choice, dates of choice and times of choice! CALL (303) 229-7216 to find out more and reserve your clinic SUMMER CLINIC OFFERINGS 4-WEEK SPEED, AGILITY, AND QUICKNESS TRAINING PROGRAM Develop sport-specific speed, agility, and quickness through this 4-week training program. This course is designed to maximize sprint speed, first-step, lateral quickness, and change of direction. We also incorporate an exceptional lower body strength development program using advanced "functional explosive training" methods designed to train the nervous system to run faster. Athletes will also perform abdominal and core strength exercises to maximize performance and reduce the risk of injury. Our clinics never exceed a ratio of 8 athletes per coach so you can get individualized attention from instructors. SESSION 1 JULY 7-AUGUST 1 Arvada, CO 9-10 A.M AGES: 7-9 year old athletes 10-12 year old athletes 13-14 year old athletes 14 and older (Athletes will be divided into clinic groups based on age and sport.
