ADVANCED 6-WEEK BASEBALL
STRENGTH, SPEED, AND SKILLS CLINIC
AGES 13-18
Develop baseball specific strength, speed, and throwing velocity through this intense and established training program. Athletes will participate 3 days weekly (2 days in the weight room focusing on FUNCTIONAL baseball specific strength and 1 day at the indoor training facility focusing on baseball specific speed, agility, and quickness and a state of the art throwing velocity enhancement program). Athletes will use advanced training techniques such as resisted running, over-speed training, jumping mechanics and numerous other forms to increase your speed. Athletes will also participate in a state-of-the-art throwing velocity enhancement program that will increase throwing speed between 4-9 mph. by the end of the 6-week training program!
