By accessing or using Major League Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Parents and guardians must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Players must be verified retired professional athletes who have passed our background check process.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of their children's information.

4. Session Bookings & Payments

All session bookings are subject to player availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cancellation policies apply as described at the time of booking.

5. Safety & Conduct

All users must comply with Major League Training safety guidelines and playbooks. Any violation of safety policies may result in immediate account suspension. Incidents must be reported through the platform's reporting system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Major League Training facilitates connections between parents and players but is not responsible for the content or outcome of individual training sessions. We provide safety tools and verification but do not guarantee any specific training results.

7. Facility Directory & Third-Party Data

MLT’s Find Training directory includes facility information sourced from third-party services including Google Places and facility websites. This information is provided for convenience and may not be accurate, complete, or current.

MLT does not guarantee the accuracy of any facility listing, including but not limited to: operating hours, pricing, programs offered, staff credentials, ratings, or contact information.

Facility owners may claim and manage their listings to ensure accuracy. Unclaimed listings are maintained on a best-effort basis and may contain outdated information.

MLT reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any facility listing at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Major League Training after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
